All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials (collectively, “Service Content”)—is owned by Gymjungle LTD. or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to browsing and purchasing our products. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  • Do not use our name, logo, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or Service Content.

2) Product Information & Availability

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. Products, prices, and descriptions may change without notice. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

3) Orders, Processing & Shipping

3.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Timelines may vary during busy periods or due to external factors.

3.2 Shipping & Free Shipping Threshold

We ship to multiple regions (UK, selected EU countries, North America, and additional destinations). Free shipping thresholds by region: UK £50, EU €55, North America & Rest of World $60. 3.3 Tracking & Delays

Tracking is provided once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

4) Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered production. After this window, changes may not be possible. For help, contact us via the Contact Us page (include your order number).

5) Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size/colour, orders sent to a wrong/incomplete address or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery (photos required). 6) Privacy & Data Security

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

7) Promotions, Discounts & Pricing

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated.
  • Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Feedback and content you submit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may remove content that violates these Terms (e.g., offensive or unlawful material). 10) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GymJungle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gymjungle LTD., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
