Do you offer sizes for all body types?
Yes. Most products are unisex and we offer a broad range of sizes. Check the size chart and fit notes on each product page for guidance.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, selected EU countries, North America (USA & Canada), and parts of APAC. See the full list on Shipping & Delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
- Free shipping on orders over $55 USD (or equivalent).
- UK: £5 — 5–9 business days
- EU (17 countries): €6 — 7–12 business days
- North America & Rest of World: $6 (or equivalent) — 8–14 business days
- Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Use the link in that email to follow your delivery in real time.
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes—within 12 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t started. After that, changes may not be possible. Start via Contact Us.
My address is wrong—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. Once dispatched, address changes are usually not possible—please contact the carrier.

Is my payment information secure?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Returns aren’t accepted for wrong size/color or change of mind. Full details: Return Policy.

Are your t-shirts and sweatshirts suitable for everyday wear?
Yes—our designs are made to be wearable both in the gym and daily.
How should I care for my GymJungle apparel?
- Wash cold, inside-out with similar colors.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve prints.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
