Return Policy
We want you to love your order. Here’s how cancellations, refunds/returns, and unsuccessful deliveries are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered production.
- Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
- If you need help, keep your order number handy.
2. Refunds & Returns
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number when you reach out.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Orders placed with the incorrect size or colour.
- Change of mind after the product is received.
- Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address. Please contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery.
3. Unsuccessful Delivery
- If your order hasn’t been delivered successfully, first contact the carrier using your tracking details.
- If the carrier cannot resolve it, we’ll assist—this may include a refund or reshipment depending on the circumstances.
