We want you to love your order. Here’s how cancellations, refunds/returns, and unsuccessful deliveries are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered production.
  • Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
  • If you need help, keep your order number handy.

2. Refunds & Returns

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number when you reach out.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Orders placed with the incorrect size or colour.
  • Change of mind after the product is received.
  • Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address. Please contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery.

3. Unsuccessful Delivery

  • If your order hasn’t been delivered successfully, first contact the carrier using your tracking details.
  • If the carrier cannot resolve it, we’ll assist—this may include a refund or reshipment depending on the circumstances.
